Code of Conduct
Scholar-Athlete Code of Conduct Statement
Scholar-athletes represent not only themselves but also their school and community. As highly visible individuals, they are often emulated and serve as role models to peers and younger students. Therefore, it is expected that all scholar-athletes consistently demonstrate Respect, Citizenship, Community, Teamwork, Honesty and a College-Bound Attitude.
Our sport team huddle chants "Bobcats - R.I.S.E. U.P", which stands for Respect, Integrity, Success, Etiquette, Unity, and Pride. This is the mindset both in and out of school... and both in and out of season.
This expectation includes, but is not limited to, the following behaviors:
- Exhibiting self-control and respect toward teammates, coaches, opponents, and spectators always.
- Showing respect for officials and game personnel, regardless of the outcome or circumstances.
- Respecting property and possessions belonging to others, including school facilities and equipment.
- Accepting the responsibility to serve as a positive role model within the school and broader community.
All scholar-athletes are required to adhere to the Athletic Code of Conduct. Any violation or misconduct will be subject to disciplinary action as determined by the school administration, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
