About Excellence Community Schools

Excellence Community Schools (ECS) is a 3-time National Blue Ribbon School Recipient. We are a charter management, non-profit organization serving K-8 students in the Bronx, NY and Stamford, CT. Our network of 17 tuition-free schools includes co-educational elementary and middle schools at Bronx Charter School for Excellence 1-5 and Stamford Charter School for Excellence, and the single-gender Public Prep schools, Boys Prep, Girls Prep, and Girls Prep II.
